Dear Laksiri, Thank you for organizing a wonderful and memorable trip for us. We had a fantastic time and could not have asked for a better guide. Chanaka was professional, courteous, respectful and caring at all times. He made the trip so lovely and was a great driver too.We probably tried to fit too much into the time we had and there were moments when we just wanted to relax at the hotel or spend a morning in the sun (we don't have the luxury of this in the UK!) So next time we will probably do fewer things - although everything we did was wonderful. We cannot think of any way to improve your service Overall our experience was wonderful and you organized a very special time for us. We will never forget it and we will definitely try to do something else with scenic ventures when we come back to Sri Lanka next year.

Good afternoon Laksiri and Enoka, I am sorry it has taken some time to contact you but I do want to let you know what a fantastic time we had on our holiday. It really could not have been faulted in any way. We are so glad that you had assigned Sisira as our guide. He is a lovely man and we felt privileged to have the benefit of his company, wisdom and contacts along the way. He got to know us well and took a close interest in our areas of interest and needs. We stayed in beautiful places and met lovely people. Places like Lake Lodge, the Tea Factory, Hilton Residences and Saman Villas offered amazing levels of customer service and we felt very special indeed to be looked after the way we were. We intend to travel again to Sri Lanka in another few years and already have some ideas about where we would like to go. We will certainly be happy to again rely on Scenic Ventures to look after us!

Hello Laki,We really love our trip & enjoying a lot the hotels are very good & the driver Janaka is very good thanks a lot. Sigiriya was amazing, we loved it. Everything was very nice and interesting. Polonaruwa was astonishing, and we loved the village, the safari and the traditional show. Hi Laki, Apologies for not writing you sooner. We had an incredible time in Sri Lanka and thank you immensely for making our travels so seamless. We loved visiting the country and all the sites we were able to see. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time. In terms of the hotels, Grand Serendib and Jetwing were lovely. We messaged you about our experience at Akway.Blue Wave was the perfect hotel for us in Arugam Bay, centrally located but away from the hustle & bustle of the main road. Jana was a wonderful driver and guide, and we are so thankful that he was paired with us. It was clear that he is very good at his job, takes pride in his work and his country. We always felt safe with him, and he ensured that all our needs were met. Thanks again for everything. I’ve already told my parents & other family members about your tour company.

Wow! Our first time in Sri Lanka and we enjoyed every minute. There are so many interesting things to see and do, and the country has an abundance of natural splendor. We enjoyed both the cultural experiences and the natural world. It was amazing to see elephants so close. "OUR DRIVER SHIRAN HAD A GOOD BALANCE BETWEEN IMPARTING HIS WONDERFUL KNOWLEDGE OF THE COUNTRY AND ITS HISTORY AND GIVING US FAMILY TIME, AND SPACE."

Hi, We had a great time in Sri Lanka and experienced so many enjoyable, interesting & impressive moments: every day a different landscape & climate, cultural & historical sites to get to know Sri Lanka from a lot of different aspects, the wildlife & nature during our drive and the safari & of course the very friendly, helpful Sri Lankan people (we always feeled very welcomed). Additionally, the food was great and we were able to try a lot of new things. Special thanks to our driver Samantha. Dear team, I wanted to share some feedback about our recent tour. From the start, communication with Laki was excellent. He was friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful. I felt more like a friend than just a client. The tour was well organized and planned according to our needs. Our driver, Anura, was always well groomed, punctual, and knowledgeable about the places we visited. We felt very safe with him. My husband had a bad accident recently, and Anura was a great support. He helped him whenever he faced any difficulty. He is a quiet and caring person, and we are happy to call him a friend now. He is an asset to your company. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Sri Lanka. We have enjoyed using a small tour company to customize our holiday rather than the big package tour companies. We had a wonderful driver/guide in Chanaka who has given us an excellent holiday & catered to our needs & has helped to customize our holiday. He has a great personality & sense of humour & always has a smile on his face. Nothing was a problem for him. He has certainly made our holiday pleasurable. We would recommend him for future clients of Scenic Ventures Tours. He interacted with local people on our behalf to help us experience everyday life & culture. Well organized & no problem with bookings. The 98 Acres website was misleading on their rooms. The deluxe rooms vary & should be classified differently eg. Superior & Deluxe. But still a fantastic resort with the most beautiful outlook. Our favorite destination by far. Could have stayed longer. Overall we have had a fantastic holiday & many great experiences thanks to the organization of Scenic Ventures Tours & our wonderful tour guide, Chanaka. Thanks very much

My husband & I planned a special vacation to Sri Lanka (& the Maldives) nearly a year in advance & our experience with Scenic Ventures & our guide, Anil, did not disappoint! It was the perfect mix of adventure, culture, & relaxation with the gorgeous backdrop of Dambulla, Kandy & Galle. We ate delicious local specialties, visited temples & ancient ruins, went on two safaris, surfed, & still had time for rest & relaxations.
